Why it works

Built for the doses people actually forget.

Most reminder apps send one silent notification and call it a day. Pill Reminder is designed around the moments when a routine breaks down.

Alarms you can't sleep through

Full-screen alarms that repeat until you confirm, and can override Do Not Disturb for the doses that matter most.

Any schedule you actually have

Every-N-hours dosing, weekday-only, 21-on/7-off cycles, tapering courses and as-needed meds — all in one timeline.

Refills before you run out

Pill Reminder counts every dose you take and tells you which pharmacy run is coming up, days in advance.

A history your doctor trusts

Taken, late, and skipped doses in a clean log. Export the last 30, 60 or 90 days as a PDF before your appointment.

Caregiver alerts

Let a partner, child or nurse know when a critical dose is missed — without handing over your whole history.

Private by default

No account, no ads, no trackers. Your schedule and history stay on your device unless you choose to export them.

Inside the app

Three screens. That's the whole app.

No dashboards to configure, no feed to scroll. Open it, see what's due, tap it, close it.

How it works

Set up once. Then just tap.

01

Add your medication

Name, dose, and form. Scan the label or type it in — it takes about twenty seconds per medication.

02

Set the times

Pick a repeat pattern and the hours you want to be reminded. Pill Reminder handles time zones and daylight saving for you.

03

Tap to confirm

When the alarm fires, one tap marks the dose as taken. Everything else — streaks, refills, reports — builds itself.

From the Play Store

People who stopped forgetting.

I take six things at four different times. This is the first app that didn't turn that into a mess of notifications I ignore.

Amara O.

Using Pill Reminder for 11 months

The refill counter alone is worth it. I haven't done an emergency pharmacy run since I installed it.

Daniel R.

Type 2 diabetes

I set up caregiver alerts for my mother. If she misses her evening dose, I know. That quietly changed a lot for us.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is Pill Reminder free?

Yes. Every reminder feature is free, with no ads and no limit on how many medications you track. An optional one-time upgrade unlocks PDF exports and caregiver alerts.

Will the reminder go off if my phone is silent?

You choose. Each medication can use a standard notification or a full-screen alarm that overrides Do Not Disturb — useful for critical doses. The alarm repeats until you confirm or snooze it.

Does it work without internet?

Completely. Your schedule, history, and alarms live on the device. Internet is only needed if you turn on caregiver alerts.

Can I track complex schedules?

Yes — every-N-hours dosing, specific weekdays, cycles like 21-on/7-off, tapering doses, and as-needed medications are all supported.

Where is my health data stored?

On your phone. There is no account to create and nothing is uploaded to a server by default. You can export or delete everything at any time.

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet. Pill Reminder is Android-only today and available on Google Play.

Still stuck? Email faiqahmadinc@gmail.com or call +92 327 5734699.

Take it on time, every time.

Free on Google Play. Set up your first medication in under a minute — no account, no card, no ads.
